As the name suggests, Netcars is an online portal for buying and selling of used cars, founded in 2009 by the Rix brothers, Reg and Louis. With more than 20 years in the motoring industry between them, Reg and Louis know what car buyers and sellers are looking for in an online resource. They began working in the industry at a car dealershipowned by their father, the Rix Motor Company in Cheshire.
They secured a significant investment in 2010 to relaunch their website to consumers and those in the motor trade.
